1. Import Account Options

This guide will provide you step by step instructions on how to access your existing assets. Review the following to see if any of these options apply.

I have previously created a Figure Markets account

If you have ever used the Figure Markets app previously and want to regain access to your existing account, go to 2. Figure Markets Account.

I have a Figure.com login

If you have a Figure.com email and password and previously used their Figure Account Wallets, go to 3. Figure.com Login.

I use the Figure Wallet mobile app

If you are using the Figure Wallet mobile app on Apple Store or Google Play, go to 4. Figure Wallet Mobile App.

I use the Figure Wallet Chrome Extension

If you are using the Figure Wallet Chrome extension, go to 5. Figure Wallet Chrome Extension.

2. Figure Markets Account

If you have deleted your account from your existing Figure Markets app or are trying to access your account from a new phone or device, you would complete the following steps.

Step 1: Click "Import account" when you first access the Figure Markets app.

Step 2: Determine if you had previously backed up your account on iCloud or manually stored your seed phrase.

When you first created your Figure Markets account, you selected "iCloud backup" or "Manual backup." If you previously imported your account, you may have also been given the option to back up your account.

If you previously selected "iCloud backup," select the "Restore from iCloud" option and continue to Step 3a.

If you previously selected "Manual backup," retrieve your seed phrase and select the "Import manually" option before continuing to Step 3b.

Step 3a: Complete the iCloud restore flow.

Import your account using your account's seed phrase.

3. Figure.com Login

If you have a Figure.com login and previously used the Figure Account Wallet product, you should be able to login using those credentials.

Note: any accounts you have attached to your Figure.com profile that was linked by Figure Wallet mobile app or Figure Wallet Chrome extension will not be recoverable using this method. Please see those import guides under Import Account Options.

Step 1: Click "Import account" and "Import from Figure.com" when you first access the Figure Markets app.

4. Figure Wallet Mobile App

The following shows separate instructions for those who were previously using the Figure Wallet iOS app on the Apple Store, or the Android app on the Google Play store.

I have an iOS device

Step 1: Click "Import account" when you first access the Figure Markets app.

Step 2: Determine backup method used on the Figure Wallet mobile app.

When you first created your account on the Figure Wallet mobile app, you would have selected "Back up to iCloud" or "I want to retain my phrase manually."

If you previously used "Back up to iCloud," you can select the "Restore from iCloud" option and continue to Step 3a.

If you retained your phrase manually, retrieve your seed phrase and select the "Import manually" option before continuing to Step 3b.

You can also find the seed phrase from the Figure Wallet mobile app by going to your Accounts dropdown and selecting "Export seed phrase backup" to copy your seed phrase to clipboard.

Step 3a: Complete the iCloud restore flow.

Import your account using your account's seed phrase.

If you have more than one account, you will have to manually import each account separately. Once you have imported your first account, you will need to navigate to "Settings" > "Manage accounts" > "Import another account."

I have an Android device

Step 1: Click "Import account" and "Import manually" when you first access the Figure Markets app.

Step 2: Retrieve seed phrase from Figure Wallet app (optional).

You can find your seed phrase from the Figure Wallet mobile app by going to your Accounts dropdown and selecting "Export seed phrase backup" to copy that value to clipboard.

Step 3: Complete the import manually flow.

Import your account using your account's seed phrase.

If you have more than one account, you will have to manually import each account separately. Once you have imported your first account, you will need to navigate to "Settings" > "Manage accounts" > "Import another account."

5. Figure Wallet Chrome Extension

When you created your account using the Figure Wallet Chrome extension, you should have saved your seed phrase per the example shown below.

6. Troubleshooting

Below are some known issues that users have had during the import process, and potential solutions on how to solve them.

I logged in using the Figure.com method. However, it is telling me that I do not have any eligible accounts. Why?

Figure.com allows you to associate Figure Account Wallet, Figure Wallet mobile app, and Figure Wallet Chrome extension accounts with your email identity. However, your Figure.com login is only able to recover Figure Account Wallet accounts. See Import Account Options for how to import accounts created using the later two options.

I used the "Import manually" option but the resulting account does not show any of my assets.

If you used the Figure Wallet mobile app, you would have seen a screen like the following during account creation.

The order in which you wrote down the seed phrase is important. When the Figure Wallet mobile app displayed the words to you, it expected you to write them down in this order:

If you wrote your words down left to right instead of top to bottom, arrange them in 3 columns of 8 and enter them in the order shown.

In order to delete the erroneously created account, go to "Settings" > "Manage accounts" to view and remove any that were incorrectly imported. You can then import another account, or start over.

7. FAQs

I am using the Figure Wallet mobile app. Why do I need to download the new Figure Markets app?

Figure Markets is a new company separate from Figure. The new application will serve as the center of your account and is required to use our suite of Figure Markets products. It represents an upgraded version of previous Figure Wallet solutions, offering enhanced features such as seamless identity verification and asset overview.

Can I still use Figure Wallet Account or Figure Wallet Chrome extension for Figure Markets?

No, Figure Markets requires all existing users to use the new Figure Markets app. This guide helps with importing users that have accounts originating from Figure's different wallet products into a single, all-encompassing solution.

Users can still use the legacy Figure Wallet solutions for integration with the Provenance Explorer, including delegating and un-delegating HASH.

I have a Group Account that previously completed institutional onboarding. How do I import that account?

Your individual account is linked to your group account(s). By importing the linked individual account, your group account(s) will automatically be imported as well.
