How to verify your identity on Figure Markets
To comply with federal regulations, we need to verify your identity when you open an account with Figure Markets. This process is known as “Know Your Customer” (KYC). During account registration, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other identifying information. You may also need to provide a copy of your driver’s license or other government-issued ID.
You can verify your identity by following these steps:

Open the Figure Markets mobile app and tap on “Get Started” at the top of your screen to begin the KYC process.

Verify your email address using the code sent to the email address you provided.

Enter your citizenship information.

Provide your primary residence address and personal details.

Provide information on your employment status and source of funds.

Choose your identity document type and capture it using your phone camera.
