    The Figure Markets team will always contact you directly via email. You may also receive responses from our team or community moderators on our official social media accounts. However, we will never initiate contact with you through social media channels.

    For your security, our team will never contact you by phone and text message to ask for personal information.

  2. After I accept a bid, do I need to reach out to the Figure Markets team or will they contact me?

    Our team will reach out to you directly via email after you accept a bid. Please note that processing time may vary from a couple of days to a few weeks, depending on the number of claims we need to process.

  3. Will I receive an email notification if my FTX claim order has been processed?

    Yes, if your FTX claim order has been successfully matched with a bid, a member of our team will contact you via email to provide the next steps.

  4. Will I be notified when an update is available?
